There is a new addition to the buffet line-up in the south. Last July 2025, Food Club opened its doors to the public at Festival Mall Alabang, bringing a fresh dining experience to Southies. What to expect at Food Club
Food Club Festival Mall Alabang fills a gap in the few buffet options in the south — including Cabalen in Festival Mall, Buffet 101 in Alabang Town Center, and a handful of hotel restaurant buffets such as Café Eight in Crimson Hotel.
It offers an accessible, relaxed environment ideal for families and groups who want to eat together or even celebrate. Located on the 2nd Floor, East Wing of Festival Mall, the restaurant can accommodate over 500 guests, with both indoor and outdoor dining areas, live kitchens, and several food stations that serve 100+ dishes.
Food Stations
Here we will go over the food stations at the Food Club Festival Mall Alabang. Menu may vary, as weekend dining may offer pricier options such as crabs.

This buffet restaurant has different food stations, including Filipino, Japanese, Chinese, and Western, and Carving stations.
- Filipino: From our beloved rice staple to different types of ulam like sinigang, pancit, and kakanin
- Chinese: Various types of dim sum and a noodle station with three soup bases including laksa
- Japanese: Sushi boats and sashimi, plus different fried dishes including the crowd-favorite shrimp tempura
- Western: Pasta, pizza, and other comfort food
- Salad Bar: Salads, greens, and fruits
- Carving Station: Roast beef and lechon, best paired with mashed potato and gravy
- Dessert: Small cakes, pastries, and other refreshing sweets; chocolate fountain with Stick-O and candies; ice cream; and make-your-own halo-halo
Drinks include soft drinks and juices. There are also packets of instant coffee available.

Our Review
We visited here last July for the weekend dinner. Here are our thoughts:
Ambiance
As mentioned above, Food Club offers a more relaxed ambiance compared to other buffets. We went for a weekend dinner, and the buffet was surprisingly full. The food stations were crowded especially the first hour but thinned out again as the night went on.
Food and Drinks
First of all, I like the live kitchens as you can see the staff preparing and cooking the food real time.
The food quality is decent. As a frequent buffet-goer, I noticed that their dishes are adapted to Filipino tastes. So if you want a good Filipino buffet with reasonable rates, the Food Club is a fantastic option. On the other hand, if you are looking for more diverse cuisines like Indian food, it is probably better to take your money elsewhere.

We had some favorites, including lechon belly (very crispy skin) with mashed potato and gravy, shrimp tempura, and salmon sashimi. To our surprise, their make-your-own tacos were also quite good.
As with other buffets, there could be queues at crowd-favorites. Since the food stations are setup in a linear fashion, the staff could maybe do more to guide the people on where to line up to avoid blocking other dishes. However, one thing that I truly appreciate at Food Club is the refills were fast. You are not going to wait long to get a fresh batch of tempura or slices of sashimi.
Overall, Food Club Festival Mall Alabang offers good value for money, especially if you can grab their discount rates (July to August 2025: Lunch: ₱698 / Dinner: ₱898 per person). With its reasonable rates and decent-quality food, it is poised to become a staple in Alabang’s ever-growing dining scene.
Pro Tip: With over 100 dishes to choose from, you’ll want to bring your stretchy pants and a big appetite. 🙂
