Our Commitment to Sustainability:

Despite limited space, we proudly maintain our own Vertical & Rooftop Gardens, growing herbs, romaine lettuce, mustard, and more for our use and consumption. Since April 2022, we’ve harvested a total of 360 kilograms of lettuce, which has been either consumed or sold to the public. This initiative exemplifies our commitment to sustainability and reducing carbon emissions.

From June 25 to 27, our produce will be available for guests to purchase at a lower cost, showcasing our farm-to-table food production model. Join us in supporting green and sustainable practices.
