Ambiance and Location
One Luna is located at the ground floor of Maxx Hotel. It’s accessible via commute or car and it’s also walking distance to commercial establishments in the area.
The place itself is cozy and covers 2 floors. It has a modern feel, equipped with warm lighting. The setting is perfect not only for food tripping but also after-work drinks.
Food
Unli wings for P199 per person
One Luna Reserve offers 7 different flavors for its unli wings menu. Rate is P199 per person (with 1 rice + 1 iced tea) / P299 per person (with unli rice and unli iced tea).
You can choose among these flavors: Buffalo, Jack Daniel’s, Bulgogi, Cheesy Garlic, Honey Barbecue, Teriyaki and Peppered.

What I recommend: The buffalo wings is perfect for those who enjoy food with moderate spiciness. The cheese garlic, honey barbecue and teriyaki are easy favorites. Jack Daniel’s is a unique flavor since it’s alcohol infused, so I suggest trying out this plate. Or if you’re up for it, why not try them all?
Aside from the different flavors, what I like about the chicken wings in One Luna is that each piece is just the right size — not like in other restaurants where it’s mostly bones. Also, the meat is perfectly cooked, juicy and flavored well. This is one of the best unli wings you can find in Makati.
How to avail: The unli wings deal can be availed daily, from 11AM to 7PM. No take outs and no leftovers. There is a leftover charge of P30 per wing.
Pulutan and cocktails
Aside from the unli wings, you can also order meals/pulutans and drinks here at One Luna Reserve Cafe and Bar.
We had chicharon bulaklak (P228) which is a perfect side for alcohol. I also like the buttered corn (P178) because I’m a sucker for buttered corn in general. This one is sweet-salty because it has cheese topping — an uncommon addition in buttered corn. The sizzling sisig (P248) is a must-try as well.

The creamy tuyo pasta (P178) is also well done. I was actually skeptical of the combination but the creaminess of the sauce and the salty taste of the tuyo goes well together.
For the drinks, we had tequila sunrise (P148), whiskey sour (P168), daiquiri (P148) and frozen margherita (P178). I like the whiskey sour and frozen margherita in particular. Actually, I’m impressed with the overall quality of their cocktails. It’s been a while since I’ve enjoyed a glass of margherita — a lot of restobars serve so-so cocktails and I’d gotten used to drinking just for the sake of it even though I don’t enjoy the taste that much. Having drinks here at One Luna is a nice change.

Overall, we were happy with the food& drinks served to us.
