Where to Stay in Malapascua (Cebu): Thresher Cove Dive Resort

    January 14, 2020 /

I noticed that local tourists who visit Malapascua in Cebu province usually stay for only a day to explore its different beaches. Malapascua Island: DIY Guide + 3 Days Itinerary

    January 13, 2020 /

Like Moalboal, Malapascua Island is known as a diving destination. It’s best known for Monad Shoal, a dive spot near the island where you can see thresher sharks up close. That saying, there are other activities you can do in Malapascua aside from diving. In fact, a lot of regular tourists come here for a…

Guide to Moalboal (Cebu): Sardine Run, Island Hopping, and Diving

    January 4, 2020 /

Just as Badian is famous for its canyoneering adventure, Moalboal (pronounced as mwal-bwal) is known primarily for its sardine run activity. Right off the shore of Panagsama Beach, you can snorkel to see groups of sardine, one of the most amazing sights underwater. So without further ado, here’s a complete travel guide to Moalboal in…

Kota Beach Resort: The Best Resort in Bantayan Island

    January 2, 2020 /

I was helping out my sister plan a family trip to Bantayan Island, so I asked my blogger friends for their recommendations on where to stay. There was unanimous consensus that the best beach resort in Bantayan Island is Kota Beach Resort because it has the most beautiful beachfront. While it’s true that Bantayan Island…

If there’s one thing Bantayan Island is famous for, it’s white-sand beaches. People visit here so they can experience the best tropical experience in the province of Cebu. In return, Bantayan Island has something to offer for everyone: for millennials, Instagram-worthy backdrops and “hugot” corners such that in Camp Sawi; for the quiet or older…

Day trip to Moalboal and Kawasan Falls in Cebu

    December 18, 2019 /

My friend Joemar (Lakwatserong Irigenyo) and I had a whole free day before heading to Bantayan Island and Malapascua Island, so we looked for possible day trips from Cebu City. I’d always wanted to go to Moalboal, so I suggested that we take a private tour in Moalboal and Kawasan Falls in Badian via KKDay.…

Will never get tired of this view.
Tara? :)
Back where my heart is -- at Matnog, Sorsogon.
Truly one of Masbate's gem. Catandayagan Falls measures about 100 feet tall and its stream heads directly down to the sea.
I love relaxing activities so I was thrilled to experience the Buhatan River Cruise in Sorsogon. We sailed through the river for about an hour while enjoying local snacks like raw pili and listening to acoustic serenade.
Checking the pool at Vitton Beach Resort before our morning tour to see whale sharks in Donsol, Sorsogon. Managed to swim with two large whalesharks.
